A: We ship worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location but generally take 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-14 business days for international orders.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Q. What payment Options do you Accpet?

We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, most major credit or debit cards.

Returns and Exchanges

Q. Do you accept returns?

We are very sorry to hear this, we are ready to help with anything!

Quality Assurance: Each item is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

We offer refunds and claims for misprinted, damaged and defective items.

Change of Mind: We pride ourselves on providing high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. As a small business, each order is carefully crafted and prepared with great attention to detail. Therefore, we regret to inform our customers that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Q. How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For Packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. support@threadcarefully.com.au

Can i change/ amend or cancel my order?

Of course, but be quick to email support@threadcarefully.com.au 

We can only make changes before your order is dispatched! If it has been dispatched unfortunately you will need to start a exchange or return to fix.

Welcome to Thread Carefully!

As a long-time supporter of independent clothing and small businesses, I've dreamed of starting my own brand for over a decade. With so much support and encouragement from those around me, I knew I needed to find a way to bring my work to life and share it with the people who believed in me the most

With the support of loved ones, and close friends, I'm now bringing my designs to life on apparel, stickers, and prints. Each product showcases my passion for drawing and design, cultivated over years of simply putting pen to paper.
